How does Buy 2, Get 1 Free work?

Add any 3 items to your cart and the lowest-priced one is automatically free at checkout. No code needed. It applies across dresses, sets, skirts and tops, and you'll see the discount on the checkout page before you pay.

When will my order arrive?

Orders process in 1–2 business days. US-stocked styles deliver in 2–5 business days after dispatch; imported styles take 5–10 business days. Every order is tracked, and your tracking link arrives by email as soon as it ships.

My tracking isn't updating. Is something wrong?

Almost certainly not. Imported styles route through our US logistics hub, so tracking can be quiet for the first few days before it starts moving. If it hasn't updated in 5 business days, email us and we'll chase it down.

How do I find my size?

Each product page has a size chart specific to that style, plus fit notes ("true to size", "size up if between") wherever the cut runs small or generous. Between sizes? Size up. Most of our silhouettes are designed to skim, not cling. Still not sure? Email us your measurements and we'll tell you honestly.

What if it doesn't fit?

You have 7 days from delivery to start a return. Items need to be unworn with tags attached and in the original packaging. The full details (including which items are final sale) are in our Refund Policy. To start one, email hello@auriarae.com with your order number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do everything we can. Orders move to fulfillment quickly, so changes can't be guaranteed once processing starts.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship within the US (including PO Boxes and APO/FPO). International shipping is on the roadmap.

How do I care for silk, satin and lace pieces?

Cold hand wash or gentle cycle in a mesh bag, hang dry away from direct sun, and steam rather than iron. Delicate lace and embellished pieces: hand wash only. Each product page lists the exact fabric and care for that style.
