Shipping

Every order ships tracked, and you'll get the tracking link by email the moment it's on the way.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch:

US-stocked styles: 2–5 business days
Imported styles: 5–10 business days. These ship through our US logistics hub, so tracking can take a few days to show its first movement. That's normal; the delivery window already accounts for it.

Each product page notes when a style needs the longer window.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping cost

Calculated at checkout.

Order changes

Orders move to our fulfillment center quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email hello@auriarae.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do everything we can. Changes can't be guaranteed once an order is processing.
