Refund policy
Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:
Return window
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery (the day tracking shows your order as delivered). Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days to qualify for a refund.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in the original garment packaging. Returns that don't meet these criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined.
Final sale items
For hygiene reasons, the following are final sale and can't be returned: bodysuits, intimates & lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, and beauty items.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the original item and place a new order. That's the fastest way to get the right piece to you.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except when we shipped the wrong item or your item arrived damaged or defective. In that case contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Where we accept returns
Returns are currently available for orders shipped within the United States.
How to start a return
Email hello@auriarae.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you a return authorization (RA) number and the return address. Please include the RA number with your return. Packages without it can't be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
