We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely happy, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. No stress.

How returns work

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Once your return is approved, ship the item back within 14 days to complete your refund.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.

Sale items

Items purchased on sale are eligible for store credit only, not a cash refund. All other return terms below still apply.

Final sale items

For hygiene reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned: bodysuits, intimates and lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, and beauty items.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless we shipped the wrong item or your item arrived damaged or defective. In that case contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and we will make it right and cover the return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the original item and place a new order. That is the fastest way to get the right piece to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method, or as store credit where noted above. Please allow a few business days for it to appear.
